(Los Angeles, California) – This month, BET premiered the new film “Video Girl” which has been a runaway success. With millions of viewers, many of the actors and actresses became trending topics on the ever so popular Twitter social network. Due to its undeniable amount of success and demand, BET has decided to air the movie again throughout the next several months.
The movie surrounds Lorie Walker (played by the beautifully talented Meagan Good) who attends a private school in a predominantly southern town. She finds herself struggling to stay grounded in this new, provocative, glamorous world.
Lorie (Megan Good) decides to pursue her dreams of fortune and fame, which ultimately leads her to leave her family and small town behind. She soon works her way to becoming one of the most coveted video models in the industry. However, the spotlight may become too bright for Walker to handle as she learns that success comes with a price to pay.
